Loril Gossett

Dr. Loril Gossett is an Associate Professor in Communication Studies. Her research projects focus on examining how alternative work relationships (out-sourced/contingent employees, volunteers, geographically dispersed workers, etc.) impact our understanding of what it means to be or communicate as an organizational member. Dr. Gossett’s areas of interest include organizational communication, nonstandard labor arrangements, and identification, participation, & control in organizational settings. She frequently teaches courses that include Introduction to Organizational Communication, Advanced Organizational Communication, and Qualitative Methods. Read more about Dr. Gossett.
