Dr. Jiang Joins Panel at Stanford Law School Center for Internet & Society Event
Dr. Min Jiang will participate in the Stanford Law School’s Center for Internet & Society event “Law, Borders and Speech” on October 24-25, 2016. As an invited panelist, Dr. Jiang will give a presentation titled “Graft borders onto Cyberspace: Chinese Internet Sovereignty.”
This event commemorates Johnson and Post’s seminal Law and Borders article that appeared in the Stanford Law Review 20 years ago. Its core questions about the Internet, the rule of law, and national sovereignty remain largely unanswered. This event is joined by more than 30 speakers including academics, policymakers and industry leaders from Google, Facebook, and Twitter.
