Charlotte Speech Team Takes Third Place

The Charlotte Speech Team recently traveled to Novice Nationals at Berry College in Rome, GA, where the team took THIRD Place! Korey Wilson, Allie Dunn, Shristi Archarya, and Amely Pena Alcantara all placed in the final rounds. Additionally, the Varsity Team qualified three students for the National Tournament in Portland, OR. Dr. Nance Riffe says, “It’s been a lovely season. I was surprised to be recognized by the AFA for my contributions to the activity.”
