Dr. Brandy Stamper is an Associate Teaching Professor and the Director of the Professional Studies Program in the Department of Communication Studies. She has been teaching undergraduate courses since 2015, including Organizational Communication, Interpersonal Communication, Small Group Communication, Communication Research Methods, and Public Speaking. In addition to her teaching, Dr. Stamper is a certified Executive and Enneagram Coach, holding a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential from the International Coaching Federation. Her coaching expertise complements her academic work, allowing her to integrate leadership development and self-awareness into her teaching and mentorship. Dr. Stamper has contributed to various curriculum development initiatives and has a strong commitment to student mentorship. Her commitment to student success, coupled with her research in communication and identity development, enhances her contributions to both teaching and program development.
