Nix-Crawford Selected as Finalist for Teaching Award

Professor Brittney Nix-Crawford was selected as a finalist for the CHESS Early Career Teaching Award! To be eligible, nominees must be employed as full-time Teaching-Track faculty in CHESS, have taught for at least the three prior semesters, and be teaching in the current semester. Finalists were honored at the CHESS 2026 Faculty and Staff Achievement Recognition on Thursday, April 16th.
