Reisdorf featured in Niner Times’ “Honoring the Women of UNC Charlotte” issue

Dr. Bibi Reisdorf was recently featured in the Niner Times for her efforts to reduce “period poverty” on campus. In the article, Dr. Reisdorf says, “‘We know about period poverty, we know about the ‘Pink Tax,’ and I just noticed [that there was] nowhere to get anything [period products]. And if you didn’t think about it, or you forgot, or you were being surprised about your period, what are you gonna do, right?’” Dr. Reisdorf’s feature is part of the Niner Times’ effort to “Honor the Women of UNC Charlotte” during Women’s History Month.
